Honestly, the pistachio-filled cake from Dubai was very ordinary. He initially quoted me 500, and then said to add some chocolate and pistachios on top, it would be 650 😠. The price changed drastically, as if he'd been given a magic wand! The taste was just average, or even below average. This is my first and last time ordering. Goodbye.

To be honest and fair, I went to try their products because I saw so many recommendations from others on social media.
I'll start with the positive points:
Free parking nearby
Warm welcome
Nice place
It stays open at night

Points I would like them to improve:
The phone number is incorrect for requesting delivery
A lack of hygiene due to negligence
Uncovered crepes and fruit stored at a low level on a trolley almost on the floor!!
The prices of cakes and kunafa are still expensive for such quality.
I wanted to order kunafa, which is essential for their potential product. It didn't appeal to me (and it's not a matter of taste) when I saw another customer's order.
Not well prepared at all.
I don't know if it was in the evening, so the staff are tired, or it's the product!

Honestly, I was very disappointed.
