Bitza Bouks

Love this place so much, the best pizza in arzew by far and probably one of the best ones in Oran ( the dough is phenomenal) I would like for it to stay a hidden gem but the guys working there deserve better 😅 🌟🌟🌟🌟🌟

Zero transaction, I waited ten minutes for someone to reply to my post, and they didn't even respond to my greeting. I left them. I hope you don't see any profit.

Unfortunately, it was a very bad experience.

I ordered from the shop because they're very close to me (less than 1 km), and I called them twice. Each time they told me, "They'll be here soon," and I waited for over an hour with no news.

I called back, but the phone was off!

No respect for time, not even a notification of the delay or an apology.

I was planning to order from them regularly, but after this irresponsible behavior, this is the last time I'll deal with them.

I do not recommend dealing with them until they improve their management and respect for customers.
