The welcome was excellent — the staff is very kind, professional, and well-mannered. The atmosphere is calm and pleasant, with a chic and relaxing vibe that makes you want to come back. I really enjoyed the sundaes; they were absolutely delicious.
However, the quality of some pastries has noticeably declined. We were quite surprised by the millefeuille cream, which was too runny and made the tasting experience uncomfortable. With prices now reaching 500 DA or more per piece, you naturally expect top-notch quality. It’s disappointing to see a drop in standards while the prices continue to rise.

I've had their sandwiches at least three times now and they're great! It's fresh, clean and delicious and all that while being healthy. Turned out healthy food places in Algiers are kind of a rarity!
My friend got me some sweets (gummies mostly) and those were unfortunately awful. They were way too hard like they were old or dried up or something. I was very disappointed but at least they were cheap.
The service is great. The workers are very nice and more than polite. The space is also pleasant. No annoying loud music nor tables stuck together or anything like that.
The sandwiches are kind of overpriced if you ask me, it's just vegetables in there... but kind of makes sense?
Overall, I do recommend it!
I came here for the New-York rolls they advertised a while ago but they didn't have any so that was disappointing.
Unexpectedly there are three joints in the same place, the so sundae, l'encas and Lucas Castello. I find that convenient for if I want to eat then have dessert without going somewhere else.
I got a pistachio sundae and it was good, I hated how there were some bits of the shell inside but otherwise I have no comments. I prefer the frenchy one (if it still has the same quality as before).
Don't be fooled by the color, it's good I promise lol.
